Join a fast-growing genomics organization as a Lead Marketing Analyst. This role is focused on building and owning the full marketing measurement stack—beyond dashboards—so teams can trust campaign insights and make better budget decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own marketing measurement from end to end, including campaign performance, funnel analytics, and attribution modeling
- Design and maintain a reliable analytics approach across fragmented data sources
- Partner with marketing and analytics stakeholders to translate metrics into actionable recommendations
- Support budget planning by analyzing performance trends and recommending optimizations
- Work with data coming from Salesforce, Airtable, agency-managed platforms, and in-house campaigns
Requirements
- Strong experience in marketing analytics, attribution, and funnel analysis
- Ability to work with messy, inconsistent data and build measurement logic that holds up in production
- Comfort partnering across teams and communicating insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience developing measurement frameworks and performance reporting that inform decision-making
