About the Role
Pantheon is a leader in private markets investing, with a 40+ year track record across secondaries, co-investments, primary fund investments, and capital formation. We’re seeking a Legal Senior Associate to support our work in a collaborative, solutions-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support for private markets transactions and related capital formation activities.
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents across relevant investment structures.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to help evaluate legal and regulatory considerations in deal execution.
- Support ongoing governance and documentation needs for investment vehicles.
Requirements
- Prior experience in legal work supporting investment transactions (private markets preferred).
- Strong contract and document review skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and timelines in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams.
