About the Role
Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide hands-on support in a skilled nursing facility. This is a PRN, as-needed position with a flexible schedule designed to help you maintain work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Assist the licensed physical therapist with patient evaluations and treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a strong focus on one-on-one treatment
- Support safe, effective therapy sessions in a skilled nursing setting
- Collaborate with the care team to maintain continuity of care
Requirements
- Active licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
- Experience or comfort working in skilled nursing or similar healthcare settings
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
