About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide appropriate nursing care under the direction of an RN
- Gather, document, and report patient information
- Carry out physician and RN orders according to unit protocols

- Follow PAM Health policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines
- Complete other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice
- Ability to deliver patient care consistent with established standards and unit policies
- Strong communication skills for reporting and care coordination
