About the Role
Faeth Therapeutics is a clinical-stage oncology company listed on Nasdaq that recently raised $200M in funding. We are advancing our PIKTOR program, a multi-node PI3K/AKT/mTOR inhibitor, toward near-term clinical milestones. In this lead role, the Senior Medical Director will provide strategic and operational medical leadership across the clinical development lifecycle in a small, fast-moving team where your work directly shapes outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as medical monitor and cross-functional medical lead for assigned development programs
- Ensure scientific rigor, patient safety, and high-quality data generation throughout study execution
- Provide operational oversight to support efficient, high-standard clinical development
- Partner with cross-functional teams to advance program objectives and clinical milestones
- Support protocol and clinical strategy decisions with a patient-centered, evidence-driven approach
Requirements
- Significant experience in clinical development and medical leadership within oncology or related therapeutic areas
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a medical monitor and provide cross-functional guidance
- Strong understanding of clinical trial conduct, patient safety, and data quality expectations
- Track record of driving high-quality execution in a fast-paced biotech or similar environment
