About the Role
Scout Motors is looking for a Logistics Material Flow Engineer Analyst to help optimize how materials move through our supply and production processes. In this role, you’ll use data and engineering thinking to improve flow efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and support reliable operations as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Analyze material flow processes across logistics and production to identify inefficiencies and constraints
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using operational data, root-cause analysis, and process mapping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align material handling, planning, and execution
- Develop and maintain documentation, metrics, and reporting to track performance and progress
- Assist with engineering recommendations that improve throughput, quality, and delivery reliability
Requirements
- Experience with logistics, supply chain, or material flow analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data
- Familiarity with process improvement methods and industrial/logistics concepts
- Comfort partnering with operations and engineering stakeholders to drive change
- Proficiency with common analytics tools (e.g., spreadsheets and reporting tools)
