About the Role
Wellsworth Hotel is seeking an energetic, well-rounded AM Server to join our Food & Beverage team. You’ll help create a welcoming dining experience by greeting guests, taking orders, serving meals and beverages, and keeping tables clean and comfortable throughout the meal.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, take orders, and guide them to their tables upon arrival
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining great guest service
- Keep dining areas clean, organized, and ready for guests
- Follow daily operational procedures for the Food & Beverage department
- Maintain food and beverage safety and quality standards per hotel and brand specifications
- Communicate effectively with the General Manager and other departments as needed
Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- Commitment to completing daily operational procedures
- Understanding of food and beverage safety and quality expectations
- Strong communication and customer-focused attitude
