About the Role
Lesaffre is seeking a Maintenance Intern to support our Red Star Yeast team in West Chester, Pennsylvania. You’ll gain hands-on experience assisting with maintenance activities that help keep equipment and production operations running reliably.
Responsibilities
- Assist maintenance technicians with routine inspections and basic troubleshooting
- Support preventive maintenance activities to help reduce downtime
- Help with minor repairs and upkeep of production and facility equipment
- Follow safety procedures and participate in a clean, organized work environment
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a technical program related to maintenance, engineering, or industrial technology
- Basic understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, industrial setting and following safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
