About the Role
We’re seeking a Management Accountant to prepare accurate monthly management accounts and drive performance through variance analysis, cost monitoring, and insightful reporting. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cross-functional improvements across finance, payroll, operations, and recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis
- Track labour costs, margins, contractor profitability, and client performance
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Reconcile payroll, timesheets, invoicing, and contractor-related costs
- Analyse award rates, overtime, allowances, and labour utilisation trends
- Support end-of-month and end-of-year financial processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax obligations, and labour hire regulations
- Partner with operations and recruitment teams to improve financial outcomes
- Produce client profitability reports and KPI dashboards
- Assist with audit preparation and statutory reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate finance and payroll workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in management accounting
- Experience in labour hire, recruitment, staffing, construction, healthcare, logistics, or other workforce-heavy industries
- Strong knowledge of payroll costing and workforce-related financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with accounting and payroll systems
- Desirable: knowledge of Australian labour hire regulations and awards
- Desirable: experience with ERP tools such as MYOB, Xero, SAP, Oracle, or Pronto
- Desirable: Power BI and/or financial modelling experience

Benefits
- Competitive salary range: PHP 95,000–PHP 140,000 (annual)
- Weekday schedule (Mon–Fri), 9:00 AM–6:00 PM AEST
