About the Role
Recorded Future is looking for an experienced Manager to lead Billing & Revenue Operations for our global SaaS customer base. In this hybrid role, you’ll translate complex contracts into accurate, compliant billing and revenue outcomes, while driving efficient collections and strong cash realization.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale billing and revenue accounting processes across a worldwide customer portfolio
- Partner with RevOps, Deal Desk, Sales, and Finance to ensure contract terms are reflected correctly in billing and revenue reporting
- Oversee collections activities and help maintain predictable cash flow
- Drive automation and continuous improvement to increase accuracy, speed, and audit readiness
- Ensure processes are scalable, documented, and aligned with business growth and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Experience managing billing and revenue operations in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of contract-to-billing and revenue accounting concepts
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence process improvements
- Comfort working hands-on while leading process ownership and operational execution
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and focus on audit-ready operations
