Manager, Cost Analysis (Costing & Inventory) | Hybrid

About the Role

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is looking for a detail-oriented Manager, Cost Analysis to strengthen the accuracy and transparency of product costing and inventory information across our global manufacturing footprint. In this role, you’ll help ensure cost data integrity while partnering with multiple teams to support better planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve product costing processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Analyze cost drivers and inventory-related data to improve visibility across manufacturing operations
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Customer Support, and Finance to support cross-functional outcomes
• Partner with external consultants as needed to enhance costing models, tools, or reporting
• Support governance and controls that protect the integrity of cost and inventory information
• Provide insights and reporting that enable leaders to make informed operational and financial decisions

Requirements

• Proven experience in cost analysis, costing, or related finance/operations roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate variances and identify root causes
• Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders and translating data into actionable insights
• Experience supporting inventory and/or manufacturing cost processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and controls
