About the Role
CoreWeave is seeking a Manager for Data Center Operations Accounting to support operational accounting, controls, reporting, and compliance for the company’s rapidly scaling AI infrastructure. In this role, you’ll help ensure accurate financial operations tied to mission-critical data center activities.
Responsibilities
- Own operational accounting processes, including key reporting and control activities
- Manage and improve internal controls related to data center operations accounting
- Support compliance requirements through documentation, reviews, and audit readiness
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting
- Monitor process performance and identify opportunities to streamline workflows
- Maintain clear reporting outputs and support stakeholders with insights and explanations
Requirements
- Experience in accounting with a focus on operational reporting, controls, and compliance
- Strong understanding of financial processes and internal control frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
