About the Role
Protiviti is looking for a Manager to lead initiatives across healthcare technology and cybersecurity. In this role, you’ll help advance secure, reliable technology solutions within the healthcare space while fostering a collaborative, learning-focused team culture.
Responsibilities
- Drive healthcare technology and cybersecurity programs from planning through execution
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to assess risks and prioritize improvements
- Support delivery of security and technology recommendations aligned to business goals
- Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement in methods and processes
Requirements
- Experience managing technology and cybersecurity initiatives, preferably in healthcare or regulated environments
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, controls, and risk management
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven leadership skills, including coaching and guiding teams
