About the Role

As a Quality Engineering Manager, you’ll lead the development and maintenance of technical quality assurance and control systems that help ensure our products meet precision, accuracy, and reliability standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control programs and activities
- Define and specify standards, inspection methods, and procedures for testing and evaluating product performance
- Review engineering designs to incorporate quality requirements and considerations early in the development process
- Support product support teams by helping gather quality-related data and insights to improve outcomes
- Ensure quality processes are consistently applied across relevant product and manufacturing activities
Requirements
- Experience leading quality assurance and quality control activities in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Strong understanding of inspection, testing, and evaluation methods
- Ability to translate quality requirements into practical standards and procedures
- Experience collaborating with engineering and product support stakeholders
