About the Role
We’re seeking a Manufacturing Business Analyst to serve as a data-informed partner to operations leaders. You’ll listen closely to understand key processes and performance drivers, then translate insights into practical recommendations that support continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze manufacturing processes and identify critical performance opportunities
- Support strategy execution by prioritizing initiatives across plant, campus, segment, and enterprise needs
- Quantify the impact of potential interventions using common business metrics and analytics
- Use data to strengthen stakeholders’ ability to identify and achieve goals aligned to hoshin planning
- Evaluate how project and system decisions influence future operations, capacity, and business needs
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data
- Experience supporting operational or manufacturing performance improvement through metrics and reporting
- Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional partners and translate findings into action
- Comfort working with forecasting concepts and trend analysis to anticipate future needs
