About the Role
As a Manufacturing Plant Operations Supervisor (Rotator), you’ll lead day-to-day activities across assigned departments—such as maintenance, operations, and the warehouse—to help ensure efficient, safe, and reliable plant performance. You’ll support the plant’s Safety, Quality, and Reliability (SQR) goals while reinforcing the company’s Customer 1st strategy and High Performance Work System principles.
Responsibilities
- Support and participate in the plant’s safety process to protect associates and operations
- Oversee daily shift activities with strong focus on operational knowledge and execution
- Provide clear daily communication with managers, leads, and associates
- Plan, coordinate, and guide department associates on work to be completed each day
- Ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and accurately to maintain and improve overall plant performance
Requirements
- Experience supervising or leading teams in manufacturing or warehouse/operations environments
- Strong commitment to safety and the ability to enforce safe work practices
- Ability to coordinate daily activities across multiple functional areas
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
