About the Role
Clark Construction is looking for a Marketing and Proposal Coordinator to support our pursuit teams. In this full-time, in-office role in Houston, Texas, you’ll help develop compelling proposals, presentations, and related materials that strengthen our ability to win projects. You’ll also contribute to additional marketing and bid support efforts as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support the full proposal lifecycle for multiple pursuits, balancing independent production with assigned sections under senior review.
- Coordinate proposal teams and build strong relationships with operations to improve collaboration and execution.
- Contribute to resumes, project pages, bid materials, and smaller qualification packages.
- Support the creation and refinement of presentations and proposal documents to ensure clarity, quality, and responsiveness.
Requirements
- Experience supporting proposal development, bid processes, or marketing content for client-facing materials.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle simultaneous deadlines.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced team environment and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
