About the Role
Flora Food Group is looking for a strategic Senior Manager of Shopper Marketing to lead shopper-led growth across our portfolio. You’ll turn consumer and shopper insights into retail activation programs that improve conversion, deepen retailer relationships, and support brand momentum across multiple channels.
This hybrid role is based in Hackensack, NJ (2–3 days onsite) with shuttle service available from NYC.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies that drive measurable sales and conversion
- Translate insights into retail activation plans across grocery, club, mass, eCommerce, and omnichannel environments
- Partner with Brand Marketing, Sales, Category Management, Revenue Growth Management, and Customer teams to align plans and priorities
- Strengthen retailer partnerships through compelling, shopper-focused programs
- Coordinate cross-functional execution to ensure activations launch effectively and perform against goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in shopper marketing, retail marketing, or a closely related growth function
- Strong ability to use consumer/shopper insights to build commercial retail programs
- Experience collaborating across marketing, sales, and revenue/customer teams
- Comfort working across multiple channels (retail and digital/eCommerce)
- Strong communication and project leadership skills
Benefits
- Estimated base salary: $175,000–$185,000 + annual bonus
- Hybrid schedule with onsite support (2–3 days onsite)
