About the Role
Oscar is hiring a Senior Analyst, Analytics Enablement to join our Data Team. In this role, you’ll help administer and govern our BI platforms—Looker and Data Studio Pro—supporting reliable access, improved analytics workflows, and the rollout of AI-assisted reporting capabilities.
You’ll report to the Data Manager II and work closely with teams across Data and Analytics to strengthen platform reliability, governance, and self-service adoption.
Responsibilities
- Administer and govern BI platforms, ensuring stability, performance, and consistent user experiences
- Manage user access, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding workflows for analytics tools
- Support initiatives that improve developer velocity and enable self-service analytics
- Assist with deployment and enablement of AI-assisted reporting features
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into platform improvements
- Maintain documentation and help enforce analytics governance best practices
Requirements
- Experience administering and supporting BI platforms (Looker and/or Data Studio Pro)
- Strong understanding of access management and platform governance for analytics environments
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to reliability, permissions, and reporting access
- Comfort partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive adoption
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process discipline
