About the Role
Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team on a PRN, as-needed basis in a skilled nursing facility in Nevada. This role is designed to support flexible scheduling while delivering high-quality, one-on-one patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assistant services in a skilled nursing setting
- Support individualized patient goals with a primarily one-on-one approach
- Assist the therapy team with day-to-day treatment activities and documentation
- Maintain a patient-first, compassionate standard of care
Requirements
- Active licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Experience or comfort working in skilled nursing facilities is preferred
- Professional communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible, as-needed shift scheduling
