About the Role
Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team on a PRN, as-needed basis in a Skilled Nursing Facility. This role is designed for flexibility, with realistic daily scheduling to help you maintain a healthy work–life balance.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, patient-centered occupational therapy assistance in a skilled nursing setting
- Support individualized care plans under the direction of licensed therapists
- Deliver care with a strong focus on one-on-one patient interaction (group/concurrent time is <1%)
- Maintain accurate documentation and support continuity of care
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Experience or comfort working in a skilled nursing facility environment
- Ability to adapt to flexible, as-needed scheduling
