About the Role
Join a US-based MarTech consultancy focused on CRM, marketing automation, and digital transformation for regulated industries. We’re seeking an experienced OFS Developer to support our fully remote development team. You’ll bring strong engineering fundamentals, excellent debugging skills, and the ability to lead technical work while partnering with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance code in line with established engineering standards and best practices
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects efficiently
- Act as a technical lead by guiding and mentoring developers, including more junior team members
- Propose technical solutions and implementation approaches to architects, analysts, and business stakeholders
- Support software testing activities to help ensure reliable releases
Requirements
- Proven experience as an OFS Developer (or equivalent Salesforce/financial services integration development experience)
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and debugging/problem-solving skills
- Experience collaborating across engineering, architecture, and business teams
- Ability to take ownership of technical decisions and mentor others
