About the Role
SRS Acquiom delivers technology and services that help deal parties manage complex M&A and loan agency transactions more efficiently. As an Onboarding Associate, you’ll support the onboarding of new customers and help ensure a smooth start from first contact through active usage of our platform and services.
Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding workflows for new clients and deal teams
- Coordinate required information and documentation for each engagement
- Support data setup and ensure account details are accurate and complete
- Answer onboarding questions and guide clients through next steps
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain clear timelines and handoffs
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured processes
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Basic proficiency with business systems and document workflows
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding tasks and meet deadlines
