About the Role
ACI is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst Level II to support the Government Programs Team. This position is contingent upon ACI’s successful award of the associated government contract and will support CPE ISW for IEW&S HQs SETA.
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve challenges impacting the day-to-day execution of program operations
- Serve as a technical practitioner in areas relevant to the project
- Conduct analysis to support operational planning and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Prior experience supporting government program operations or related technical/operational work
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Ability to work effectively within a team supporting HQ-level stakeholders
