About the Role
As Vice President of LCD Innovation for Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Transformation, you will partner with Compliance and Operational Risk teams to design and implement new ways of working. Your work will support strategic priorities while staying aligned with divisional standards and recognized industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic transformation projects from ideation through implementation, ensuring disciplined delivery of shared outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across NFR processes and operating methods
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders to align priorities, timelines, and execution plans
- Oversee initiative governance and help ensure adoption of improved approaches across teams
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities, refine solutions, and scale what works
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading transformation initiatives with Compliance and/or Operational Risk teams, or relevant consulting experience
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to connect strategy to operational execution
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment through change
- Knowledge of non-financial risk concepts and how they translate into practical operating models
