About the Role
Tri Delta is looking for an Operations Manager, Data Quality to ensure member records are accurate, complete, and dependable. You’ll help power member engagement, reporting, and strategic decisions by strengthening data integrity standards and improving data processes over time.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enforce data quality rules for member records across internal systems
- Identify data issues and implement workflows to prevent errors and incomplete information
- Partner with teams to support reliable reporting and consistent data definitions
- Use Salesforce CRM knowledge to manage, monitor, and optimize member data
- Document data quality processes and continuously improve them based on outcomes
Requirements
- Experience with data management and reporting, ideally in a member-based or CRM-driven environment
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM for managing member data and reporting needs
- Background aligned with early career roles such as Junior Data Analyst or Database Administrator
- Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
