About the Role
We’re seeking an integration-focused Business Analyst to help connect business teams with technical teams. You’ll analyze end-to-end business processes across multiple platforms, clarify integration needs, and translate requirements so solutions can be delivered efficiently.
This position is remote and requires advanced English communication. The role is intended for candidates located in Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Work as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment, partnering with product, business, and delivery teams.
- Understand and document business processes across multiple systems and workflows.
- Define and validate integration requirements, including dependencies and expected outcomes.
- Manage user stories using Azure DevOps (story management, not hands-on engineering).
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements align with APIs and event-driven patterns.
- Support CRM-related understanding across platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, or similar tools.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for user story management (non-engineering, BA-level).
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, or comparable solutions).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and BA practices.
- Understanding of Azure Integration Services, APIs, and event-driven architecture.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to document requirements clearly.
- Advanced English proficiency.
