About the Role
Tri Delta is looking for an Operations Manager, Data Quality to help ensure our member records are accurate, complete, and reliable. You will strengthen data integrity across our systems so we can improve member engagement, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high data quality standards for member information within our database
- Develop and implement processes that improve data accuracy and consistency over time
- Use Salesforce CRM data management and reporting to support operational needs
- Monitor data quality metrics and address gaps to reduce errors and duplicates
- Collaborate with internal teams to support reliable data for engagement and reporting
Requirements
- Experience working with data management and reporting in Salesforce CRM
- Knowledge of database administration fundamentals or data analytics practices
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
- Ability to translate data issues into practical process improvements
