About the Role
Join our team as an Operations Specialist I, supporting the Operations Manager and Operations Engineer to uphold safety, reliability, and environmental standards while improving asset performance and profitability. You’ll be the on-shift point of support for our CEG 6 GW portfolio, covering wind, solar, and battery storage assets.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day real-time reporting, performance tracking, and monitoring center (RPMC) activities
- Act as the on-shift Operations Specialist for assigned utility assets across the portfolio
- Monitor operations to help ensure continuous performance of the Clearway utility fleet
- Maintain a calm, resilient approach while working under pressure during real-time events
Requirements
- SCADA experience, renewables technician experience, or other electrical experience
- Ability to work 12.5-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and environmental standards
- Comfort working in a real-time monitoring environment
