About the Role
As an Operations Specialist I, you’ll support the Operations Manager and Operations Engineer by helping maintain top standards for safety, reliability, and environmental performance. You’ll assist with real-time reporting, performance tracking, and monitoring center (RPMC) activities across the CEG 6 GW portfolio, including wind, solar, and battery storage assets.
This role is on-site in Scottsdale, AZ and requires 12.5-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure continuous monitoring and operational support for the Clearway utility fleet.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-shift operational support for all assets in the CEG 6 GW portfolio
- Support day-to-day real-time reporting, performance, and monitoring center (RPMC) workflows
- Assist in monitoring asset performance and operational reliability
- Help ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and reliability standards during daily operations
- Escalate issues and coordinate with the appropriate teams when performance or operational risks are identified
Requirements
- SCADA experience, renewables technician experience, or other relevant electrical experience
- Ability to work 12.5-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Calm, resilient mindset and strong decision-making under pressure
