About the Role
CLEAResult is seeking a Senior Manager to help drive energy transition market development. You’ll play a key role in expanding our impact by supporting growth initiatives that advance sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral energy efficiency outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead market development efforts to support energy transition growth and adoption
- Identify opportunities, develop go-to-market plans, and help shape program strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities, messaging, and execution
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support new business opportunities
- Track performance and use insights to refine market development activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in market development, strategy, or business development
- Strong ability to lead initiatives and influence outcomes across teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and transparency
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accountability
