Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Business Analyst (IT) | Onsite in San Diego, CA

About the Role

Join a global organization supporting a large Oracle EBS footprint across 20 countries. As an Oracle EBS techno-functional business analyst, you’ll help translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions within an Oracle EBS 12.2.10 environment that includes integrations and long-term customizations.

You’ll partner with stakeholders across operations, finance, manufacturing, logistics, and global supply chain to design, improve, and support enterprise workflows that enable operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business requirements with Oracle EBS technical capabilities to support solution design and delivery
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and data integrity
• Support enterprise application lifecycle activities, including enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing system maintenance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement effective fixes or workarounds
• Work with integrations and customizations to ensure end-to-end functionality across systems
• Document requirements, functional designs, and support knowledge to enable sustainable operations

Requirements

• Experience as an IT business analyst in an Oracle EBS techno-functional capacity
• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.2.10 (or comparable releases) and core modules
• Strong understanding of business processes across functions such as finance, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain
• Ability to gather requirements, translate them into functional designs, and support implementation
• Experience working with integrations and/or customizations in enterprise ERP environments
