About the Role
Fieldpiece is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead programs that bring the next generation of connected HVACR products to market. Our products combine precision test instrumentation, embedded firmware, mobile applications, cloud connectivity, and customer-focused software—so your work will directly impact both technicians and the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, and delivery of connected product initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware, software, mobile, and cloud
- Track milestones, risks, and dependencies, and drive timely decisions to keep programs on schedule
- Communicate progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership
- Support process improvements to strengthen project planning and delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager on cross-functional product initiatives
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
- Comfort working with technical teams and translating requirements into actionable plans
- Experience managing risk, scope, and timelines in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
