About the Role
Join a team that helps protect customers and delivers peace of mind when it matters most. As an Order Processing Specialist in Strongsville, you will dispatch inbound orders to production and provide backup support to the Shipping team.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage purchase orders and sales orders
- Maintain accurate inventory levels for purchased and received items
- Ensure inventory is invoiced daily and reconciled efficiently as needed
- Use inventory tracking software and available devices to support accurate order flow
- Provide backup coverage for the Shipping Specialist and support day-to-day logistics needs
Requirements
- Experience in order processing, purchasing, or inventory coordination
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple departmental tasks
- Comfort using inventory tracking systems and related tools
- Ability to work under general supervision and communicate effectively with logistics stakeholders
