About the Role

The Division of Administration’s Office of General Counsel (OGC) has an opening for a Paralegal I/II to support attorneys and legal staff. OGC delivers professional legal services to offices within the Division of Administration and partners with legal representatives from other agencies, particularly for services provided through DOA.

Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and case support
  • Collaborate with OGC’s paralegal and support teams to support ongoing legal matters
  • Help coordinate and maintain legal files and materials for assigned matters
  • Support inter-agency collaboration where DOA services require legal coordination

Requirements

  • Paralegal experience and/or formal paralegal training (level I/II based on experience)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage legal documents
  • Professional communication skills for working with attorneys and internal stakeholders
