About the Role
Reimagined Parking is hiring a Shuttle Area Parking Ambassador to support parking operations at UK Healthcare (110 Transcript Ave, Lexington, KY 40508). This is a highly visible, customer-facing role focused on delivering a safe, organized parking experience for guests, tenants, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly, professional welcome to customers and visitors
- Greet patrons and direct them to available parking areas
- Explain parking payment options and answer general questions
- Monitor shuttle and parking areas to help ensure smooth traffic flow
- Assist guests with parking-related needs and escalate issues when necessary
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, approachable demeanor and the ability to engage with the public
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work varying shifts
- Basic ability to follow procedures and maintain a safe, orderly environment
