About the Role
William Hill U.S. is looking for a full-time Sportsbook Ticket Writer to join our sportsbook team at Horseshoe Las Vegas. You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable face of our retail operation—helping both regular customers and first-time bettors feel comfortable and supported.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to sports bettors in a fast-paced retail environment
- Answer questions about betting options and help customers understand how to place wagers
- Support responsible sports wagering by guiding customers to make informed decisions
- Assist with ticket writing and related sportsbook transactions
- Maintain a welcoming experience for all guests, from novice bettors to experienced regulars
Requirements
- Comfort working with the public and delivering high-quality service
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-traffic environment
- Strong attention to detail when handling customer requests and sportsbook processes
- Availability for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
