About the Role
INTEGRIS Health is looking for a Patient Accounting Specialist to support physician billing by ensuring claims are processed accurately and in line with payer compliance requirements. This onsite role is based at the INTEGRIS Health 5300 Building in Oklahoma City, OK.
Responsibilities
- Process healthcare claims accurately according to payer compliance and billing guidelines
- Submit claims on time to support timely reimbursement from third-party payers and patients
- Maintain complete and accurate patient account documentation within the facility billing system
- Follow established workflows to help reduce billing errors and support revenue cycle performance
Requirements
- Experience in patient accounting, physician billing, or healthcare claims processing
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow payer compliance rules
- Comfort working with billing/account documentation in a healthcare environment
- Reliable communication and organization skills
