About the Role
SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to be the first point of care at our imaging centers. You’ll help patients start their visit with confidence by guiding them through the admission process with accuracy, compassion, and clarity.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and support them through the admission experience
- Verify insurance information and assist with required documentation
- Process paperwork to ensure each visit is set up correctly and efficiently
- Coordinate with the team to keep the patient flow moving smoothly
