Payroll Analyst, Global Payroll (Remote)

About the Role

Chainguard is building a secure foundation for software—and we’re scaling globally. We’re seeking a Payroll Analyst, Global Payroll to help ensure our payroll processes are accurate, compliant, and able to support growth across regions.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute day-to-day global payroll operations with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
• Support compliance requirements across payroll jurisdictions and assist with audit readiness
• Partner with internal teams to streamline payroll workflows and improve scalability
• Investigate payroll issues, resolve discrepancies, and maintain clear documentation
• Collaborate with the Controller and other stakeholders to ensure payroll reporting is consistent and reliable

Requirements

• Experience processing payroll and working with multi-country or global payroll requirements
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive employee data
• Knowledge of payroll compliance concepts and best practices
• Ability to analyze payroll results and troubleshoot issues effectively
• Strong communication skills to coordinate across teams and stakeholders
