About the Role
Join our team as a Payroll Specialist and help ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. You’ll partner with Payroll and Human Resources to support payroll operations that reinforce our mission of hope and wellness, while delivering responsive service to employees across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll activities to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
- Collaborate with HR to support employee data updates and payroll-related requests
- Assist with payroll compliance efforts in line with applicable regulations and company policies
- Monitor payroll details and help resolve discrepancies with careful attention to data
- Contribute to continuous process improvements that strengthen payroll workflows
Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service mindset and ability to support employees
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
