About the Role
Blink Health is seeking a Pharmacy Quality Improvement Specialist to support continuous improvement across our pharmacy operations. In this onsite role in Pittsburgh, you’ll help strengthen quality processes that support safe, reliable prescription fulfillment and better patient experiences.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve pharmacy quality metrics and internal processes
- Assist with root-cause analysis for quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Contribute to documentation, audits, and quality reporting to ensure compliance and consistency
- Support training and adoption of quality standards across relevant workflows
Requirements
- Experience in pharmacy operations, quality improvement, or a related healthcare quality role
- Strong understanding of quality processes such as CAPA and continuous improvement
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze information and identify trends
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with partners across teams
- Comfort working onsite in Pittsburgh and supporting day-to-day quality initiatives
