About the Role
Lakeside Health and Wellness is building a new in-house rehabilitation team and is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our post-acute care program. You’ll help deliver high-quality rehabilitation services while partnering with experienced therapists in a patient-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the physical therapist with patient evaluations and treatment implementation
- Support therapeutic exercise, mobility training, and functional activities
- Help maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and communicate with the care team
- Contribute to a safe, organized rehabilitation setting
Requirements
- Active PTA license/credential in Texas
- PRN availability to meet patient care needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to delivering excellent patient care
