About the Role

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is looking for a qualified, passionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Chelsea, New York. New graduates are welcome. In this role, you’ll help set clear expectations for each patient’s progress, deliver high-quality care, and support a welcoming, community-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Set clear clinical expectations and track patient progress
• Provide treatment as promised and maintain strong clinical standards
• Develop and provide Home Exercise Programs (HEPs) and related patient documents
• Deliver 5-star customer service while working with patients and families
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patients receive the care and support they need

Requirements

• Qualified Physical Therapist credentials

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Comfort developing patient-specific home exercise instructions
