About the Role
ABB is seeking a Plant Manager to lead operations across multiple U.S. manufacturing locations for the Modernization and Parts business unit within the Electrification Service Division. Based on-site in Florence, South Carolina, you’ll oversee end-to-end performance across production, engineering, procurement, quality, continuous improvement, and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing operations for the Modernization and Parts business unit across multiple sites
- Oversee cross-functional execution across production, engineering, procurement, quality, continuous improvement, and logistics
- Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure strong coordination and performance across locations to meet business goals
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing manufacturing operations (multi-site experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of quality, continuous improvement, and logistics in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and operations
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Florence, SC
