About the Role
We are seeking a Junior PCM Analyst to support planning, control, and scheduling of production-related maintenance activities. In this role, you will help manage maintenance service workflows, monitor performance indicators, and contribute to reporting that improves equipment availability and reduces costs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare preventive and corrective maintenance plans based on failure analysis and performance metrics
- Schedule maintenance activities, generate Work Orders (OS), and track execution according to operational needs
- Monitor maintenance team performance to ensure planned activities are carried out
- Produce maintenance reports and control documentation
- Analyze and optimize maintenance processes to support cost reduction and higher equipment uptime
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of maintenance processes
Requirements
- Experience or academic background in maintenance planning/PCM or related operations support
- Ability to analyze performance indicators and support continuous improvement
- Basic proficiency with technical records, documentation, and reporting
