About the Role
Join the Commercial Sales Experiences (CSX) Engineering team as a Principal Software Engineering Manager and help build AI-led enterprise solutions. You’ll work in an environment that blends startup energy with Microsoft-scale impact, advancing cloud engineering, full-stack development, security, and data-driven experiences.
You’ll lead efforts across Azure, AI, microservices, React, Dataverse, D365, and Power Platform—bringing modern engineering practices to solve high-impact business problems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow world-class engineering teams focused on AI-led enterprise applications
- Drive technical strategy for cloud, full-stack, and microservices architectures
- Partner with product and engineering stakeholders to deliver critical features and platform improvements
- Ensure strong engineering fundamentals including security, reliability, and scalable delivery
- Collaborate across teams working on React, data, Dataverse, D365, and Power Platform
Requirements
- Significant experience leading software engineering teams at a senior/principal level
- Strong background in cloud engineering (Azure), microservices, and full-stack development
- Experience building AI-enabled or AI-adjacent enterprise applications
- Working knowledge of modern web technologies such as React
- Familiarity with security practices and data-driven application development
