About the Role
Teaching Strategies is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to serve as an operational leader who bridges Product and engineering teams. In this role, you’ll help drive execution, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery of high-quality digital learning experiences for early childhood educators, children, and families.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery by connecting Product strategy with technical execution
- Lead program planning, prioritization, and operational follow-through across teams
- Manage dependencies, risks, and timelines to keep initiatives on track
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum
- Support continuous improvement of program management practices and team processes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or Program Manager in a software/technology environment
- Strong ability to translate product goals into actionable technical plans
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, planning, and delivery leadership
- Experience managing complex programs with multiple teams and moving parts
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style
