About the Role
Join Kuros as a Process Development Engineer supporting process development engineering activities for our Alpharetta manufacturing facility and broader US Operations goals. In this individual contributor role, you will develop, improve, validate, transfer, and sustain manufacturing processes that help deliver safe, scalable, compliant, and efficient production within an ISO 13485 and GMP-regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Support process development and continuous improvement efforts for manufacturing operations
- Develop and validate manufacturing processes to ensure consistent quality and performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and Maintenance
- Help transfer processes from development to production and support ongoing sustainment
- Contribute to meeting quality, cost, capacity, and customer demand expectations
Requirements
- Experience supporting manufacturing process development and validation
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 and/or GMP-regulated environments
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering and operational teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting while maintaining compliance
