Procurement Lead | End-to-End Sourcing & Supplier Management (Onsite)

About the Role

Rainmaker is building a modern cloud seeding system to help address water scarcity and improve weather outcomes. Our engineering team develops UAS platforms, dispersion payloads, and sensing solutions that directly support real-world operations. As Procurement Lead, you’ll own procurement and sourcing across the company, ensuring critical production parts arrive on time and meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for production parts, including PCBAs, composites, machined components, and sheet metal
• Own sourcing through delivery to the dock with full accountability for on-time arrival
• Engage suppliers, including outreach and follow-up, to maintain supply continuity
• Coordinate with internal teams to support production needs and timing

Requirements

• Proven experience leading procurement and sourcing for production or manufacturing environments
• Strong supplier management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple part categories and drive accountability for delivery timelines
